The TRAXX/Tot-em experience is all about making travel a pleasurable experience.

It's about clean and comfortable motor coaches and School Buses, attention to detail and putting our customers first. TRAXX offers spacious interiors, large windows, state-of-the-art entertainment systems and professional, experienced and courteous drivers ready to take the stress out of travel. Tot-em understands the need for a professional, safe service which ensures that the children we carry are safe and get to school and home at the end of the day.

Our customers - and their safety and comfort - are our number one priority. And we should take great pride in knowing that so many of our customers return to travel with TRAXX/Tot-em time and time again.

Safety

The foundation of enjoyable travel is built upon safety, with everything else a distant second. This is why for over 76 years we've kept our vision focused on making every journey a safe one. When selecting a motor coach company or a school bus operator you expect the highest level of safety and service available. Yet these high levels aren't always the least expensive option. Safety programs and full maintenance facilities are expensive, but the alternative may be incalculable. You will discover that the 'extra cost' for piece-of-mind may be quite small.

Maintenance

Our maintenance program is anchored by our own fully equipped in-house facilities which are fully staffed by highly trained professional technicians. Our technicians have been trained directly by the manufacturers. This includes additional specialized training for motor coach and school bus systems. All of our maintenance facilities carry an extensive parts inventory to ensure downtimes are minimized.
